Day shift, 0800-1700, Req # 182799, Biweekly Hours: 80 Renown is developing a new service line in Solid Organ Transplant. This position is primarily responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care throughout the continuum of care for patients undergoing transplant. In collaboration with the solid organ transplant team, this role will establish, maintain, and advance solid organ transplant services at Renown Health. The incumbent must be an experienced or trained solid organ transplant practitioner capable of managing drug therapy outcomes as an integral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of English. Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program required. Experience:
A minimum of PGY2 residency completion or 3 years' experience as a Pharm.D., plus PGY1 residency or 5 years' experience. Completion of a residency or extensive clinical experience in a specialty area preferred. Certification in a specialty area with renewal requirements is required within the first year of employment. Licenses:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Pharmacist license (Active or Temporary). Certifications:
Healthcare BLS and ACLS certifications within the first 90 days of employment are required. Computer Skills:
Ability to acquire necessary computer skills within 90 days, including online learning, accessing forms, and benefits enrollment. Typing speed of 25 wpm. Actual salary may vary based on location, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
