Renown Health is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care and protocol implementation for children at Renown's Children Hospital and for adults on labor, delivery, and postpartum floors. The incumbent must be an experienced or trained pediatric practitioner capable of managing drug therapy outcomes for individual patients as an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Education
Must have a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE accredited pharmacy program or 10 years of experience in acute care pharmacy. Completion of a Pharmacy Residency or equivalent training in clinical pharmacy is preferred. Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
Experience
Previous hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
License(s)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Pharmacist license.
Certification(s)
Healthcare BLS within the first 90 days of employment is required. ACLS within the first 90 days is required for specific locations.
Computer / Typing
Ability to complete online learning, access online forms and policies, and type at least 25 WPM.
