Position Summary
Our Seattle office has an opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate to join the firm’s employment litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for associates who are proactive and passionate about their practice who are seeking to assume a significant role in litigation, including extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Our associates have multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities. Requirements
Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Candidates must possess 3 or more years of employment litigation and/or employment law counseling experience, class action experience is a plus. We expect this attorney to provide excellent written and analytical work and to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment. Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class).
Benefits
In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected base salary range for this position is between $185,000 and $220,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
