McGuireWoods has an opportunity for an HRIS Analyst (Ceridian Dayforce) to join its Human Resources Department. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of the firm's newly launched HRIS system, Ceridian Dayforce. Working at the direction and guidance of the HR management team, this position works closely with other administrative departments to ensure that the firm's system operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience with Ceridian Dayforce and demonstrates technical agility and adeptness, strong attention to detail, and a professional demeanor at all times. Serves as the subject matter expert for the Ceridian Dayforce system Ensures secure and efficient system performance by performing system configuration changes, updates, and upgrades Assists management of HRIS-related projects including planning, testing, implementation, and integration with HR and payroll systems Generates queries and regularly scheduled reports to meet the Firms needs Conducts data analysis to identify trends and insights Develops and maintains system documentation Provides end-user support and training Performs additional duties as directed Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Ceridian Dayforce required Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes Knowledge of HRIS best practices and regulations Experience with data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Advanced level of Excel skills Have more questions?
