Oracle Apps DBA-Less than 10 yrs exp

This is a position for Oracle Apps DBA with an implementation mindset. This position is based out of Sunnyvale, California, and the candidate is expected to be in the office three times a week or more, depending on client requirements. We need candidates with overall experience of less than 10 years. Technical Skills Implementation/Upgrade experience for Oracle DBA, Oracle EBS DBA, Oracle Fusion DBA technology skills. Soft Skills Communication abilities, a strong aptitude for acquiring new skills, and extensive experience in implementing diverse solutions and products in the past. This requirement is for a DBA with an implementation mindset rather than a support mindset. The individual should be able to analyze and implement new solutions and provide multiple options for a scenario or solution. Responsibilities Good understanding of Oracle products including DB, EBS, Fusion middleware, and Exadata is a must. Experience with Oracle EBS migration/upgrades, security patch analysis, and OS upgrades. Good understanding and commitment to learn other middleware and/or open-source software for project assignments. Participate in the development and deployment of cutting-edge applications, systems, and processes. Document processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability. Support and train team members on the adoption of new technologies. Good understanding and experience implementing SRE principles and working experience in the SRE organization. SRE Experience Scripting in Python or Shell, automation, monitoring, OS and network troubleshooting, and GitHub.
