A fast-growing property management company is looking for a dynamic, smart, and energetic person to help manage our property portfolio as a Licensed Property Manager.

Our diverse portfolio includes multi-family, retail, office, residential, VRBO components, and continues to expand. The Senior Commercial Property Manager will oversee retail and office properties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple commercial properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
Negotiate lease agreements and renewals.
Coordinate with maintenance staff on repairs and maintenance issues.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers.
Monitor rental market rates for competitiveness.
Implement and maintain resident retention programs.
Conduct physical inspections of properties and vacant units.
Manage evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens for delinquent rentals.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Review financial statements to verify account balances, revenue, and expenses.
Perform additional duties as deemed necessary by the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
To succeed, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Arizona Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
10+ years of property management experience preferred, with diverse property types.
Tech-savvy and internet proficient.
Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
Results-oriented and optimistic.
Proficient in file management and record keeping.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
Knowledge of Arizona property management laws.
Ability to review contracts and legal documents.
Experience with YARDI Property Management Software.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Drive.
Experience with legal administrative tasks related to property management.
Experience in hiring, training, and managing junior staff.

Compensation and benefits include:
$80,000 - $90,000 annual salary plus bonuses
