We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Technical Project Manager

to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development and IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving projects to successful completion in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, IT staff, and business analysts. Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve project issues and roadblocks promptly to maintain momentum. Communication & Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports. Quality & Compliance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical project management in software development. Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and compliance requirements is highly desirable. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
