Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr If you are a Senior Project Manager with Data Center Expertise, please apply!
Title:
Senior Project Manager - Data Centers, Mission Critical
Location:
Dallas, TX or Houston, TX Offices - Some Travel as necessary
Salary:
$150k-$200k+ - Depending on Experience
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on mission-critical or MEP-intensive projects, Data Centers, Procore, Outlook, Bluebeam, Accubid
What You Will Be Doing
Manage the full preconstruction process from project pursuit through handoff to operations.
Lead internal and external coordination of drawings, specifications, and scope development for white space/server hall build-outs.
Analyze design documents for completeness, constructability, and cost efficiency.
Develop clear scopes of work and bid packages for critical trades, with a strong focus on MEP, controls, containment, and electrical infrastructure.
Guide design decisions based on schedule, budget, and availability of materials and systems.
What You Need For This Role
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or a related field required. 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical or data center construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects. Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Accubid) and construction tools including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
