Job Overview: This role involves overseeing the performance of a Leslie’s store to ensure it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales targets, profitability, operating procedures, and merchandising objectives. Responsibilities include managing sales growth, profit margins, payroll, and expenses, executing company programs effectively, hiring qualified staff, and fostering a culture of excellent customer service and teamwork. Responsibilities: Hire high-caliber candidates to support store objectives. Achieve or surpass sales budgets and EBITDA/SOC goals. Manage labor costs, shrink percentage, and gross margin targets. Increase customer traffic and meet Mystery Shop standards. Source, select, and hire “A” players. Ensure operational efficiency, organization, and industry knowledge. Promote a customer service-oriented mindset. Demonstrate proactivity, integrity, creativity, and a positive attitude. Develop team members for current and future roles. Communicate effectively and foster teamwork. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges. Qualifications: Completion of all required training modules, including GMIT and Talent Platform. Ability to participate in the succession program. Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers. Pay Range:
