and take charge of a premier residential property along Los Angeles’ iconic Wilshire Corridor. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on leader with a hospitality mindset to deliver first-class service, maintain operational excellence, and partner with the Board of Directors to shape an unparalleled living experience. What You’ll Do: You’ll oversee every aspect of community management to ensure seamless operations, financial strength, and resident satisfaction: Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site teams, including Assistant GM, front desk, engineering, and maintenance staff. Implement staffing plans, set performance standards, and ensure all associates and vendors meet luxury service expectations. Act as the primary liaison between the Board, committees, residents, and vendors. Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and expense control to maintain strong fiscal health. Negotiate and manage vendor and insurance contracts; oversee major maintenance and capital improvement projects. Conduct property inspections, identify improvement opportunities, and enforce compliance with governing documents. Respond promptly to resident concerns, ensuring a professional, service-driven approach. Maintain and enhance safety and security procedures across the property. What You’ll Need to Succeed: College degree in business, public administration, or related field preferred. Industry credentials (CCAM, CMCA, PCAM) highly desirable. 5–7 years in community association management, property management, or hospitality leadership (hotel GM experience strongly preferred). Proven ability to review financial statements, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and maintain fiscal accountability. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, TOPS, AppFolio) and project management tools. Deep understanding of HOA governance, CC&Rs, compliance standards, and risk management. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution skills, and a
service-oriented mindset
with the ability to inspire confidence in staff, residents, and the Board. Integrity, adaptability, and a strategic, servant-leader approach to management.
