Job Description: Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior Supply Analyst position in support of Naval Sea Systems Command’s (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) requirements at their research facility in Bethesda, MD.

The Senior Supply Analyst will leverage their military, warehouse and inventory experience to provide material control and data analytics solutions to NAVSEA researchers and staff.
Duties:
Collect, manage and analyze data in support of NAVSEA Property Management requirements
Develop, measure and analyze analytical data to report on operational effectiveness
Provide weekly status updates to senior staff regarding inventory changes
Analyze updates / changes across a wide range of inventory categories
Audit and validate floor to book inventory updates
Research missing data for inventory listing discrepancies
Create data inventory reports to capture current readiness state and recent range / depth changes
Work Type:
Full time / 40 hours per week
Salary position
No nights, weekends, overtime or shift work

Job Requirements:
3 years of experience with NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) solutions
3 years of experience managing Navy Logistics including Sponsor Owned Material (SOM) or Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S)
Previous experience with material accountability and physical inventories of Property Plant and Equipment (PP&E) or Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S)
Management of a major project or program level responsibilities
Management of contractors/subordinates
Technical Attributes:
A SECRET level Security Clearance is required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, Computer/Information Systems, or related field
Or in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional 5 years of prior military, DoD or related business experience in PP&E or asset management
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) Volume 4, Chapter 4, DoN Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) Statement of Assurance, and SECNAVINST 4440.33
Fundamental understanding of Navy supply chain and logistics concepts
Prior military experience desired
