Description Our Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) specializes in providing financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets, accounting advisory, and other M&A services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporate clients worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Director to join our growing team in multiple U.S. locations.

How will you contribute? You will work with motivated professionals on projects across various industries, providing clients with an integrated due diligence approach that emphasizes key value drivers and combines operational, functional, and industry expertise with high-quality financial services.

Responsibilities include:

Counsel and mentor team members.

Lead client and lender conversations effectively.

Manage multiple projects of varying complexity.

Identify transaction risks and develop strategies.

Generate comprehensive due diligence reports.

Lead analyses of earnings, cash flows, and working capital.

Manage client relationships and develop solutions for engagement and transaction risks.

Recruit, train, and develop TAG professionals.

Participate in sales and business development activities.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.

CPA or in the process of obtaining one.

Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
