2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, New York Branch Responsibilities: Manage and lead the Trust Business Division Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, including liaising with all levels of the firm regarding the Trust Division RCSA program. Coordinate RCSA control testing and training for the entire Trust Division. Execute RCSA refreshes, update Key Risk indicators/Key performance indicators, and Key Risk Metrics. Perform applicable review and challenges. Maintain all associated data in Open Pages. Facilitate Product Services Risk Assessment (PSRA) refreshes and all PSRA activities for new product onboardings. Ensure all appropriate Risk and Regulatory requirements for all Product and Services requirements are met for the Trust Business Division by working with Risk Management to ensure compliance with Risk parameters and limits. Perform Compliance Risk Assessment by determining control effectiveness for the Trust Division LOB (Lines of Business). Escalate any Risk or Compliance breach in either MUTB or Client guidelines as it affects the Trust Business Division, the firm, or any other group within the bank associated with the Trust Business Division. Work with Trust operations to ensure operational procedures and policies are robust and fit for purpose, closely adhering to required guidelines. Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change and be removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management. Skills & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree. Experience: 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution in any of or all the following: Risk Management, Compliance, Trust Operations, or Brokerage Operations. At least 2 years of RCSA work experience combined with back-office operations or Risk management experience. Strong and open communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and lead others. Ability to multi-task and a fast learner. Must be self-motivated, responsible, result-oriented, and show flexibility in dealing with changing situations. Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio. Familiar with OpenPages. Flexible to work overtime based on business needs. The typical base pay range for this role is between $105K- $115K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
