Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
10+ years of accounting experience
Supervisory experience managing direct reports
Advanced Excel skills
Retail and/or apparel-related experience preferred
Responsibilities
Oversee accounting department and manage staff
Create and implement policies and procedures
Manage month-end close processes
Review and prepare journal entries and reconciliations
Support ERP implementation
Conduct budget to actuals and variance analysis
Improve processes around accounts receivable and operational accounting
Manage sales tax processes and collaborate with tax consultants
Establish internal controls
Develop KPIs and metrics
