Sr. Solutions Architect

to join our

Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) Architecture & Development

team. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of IT developers and architects, leveraging enterprise systems and integration technologies. Your responsibilities include collaborating with management to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring successful technology solutions. Expertise in platform categories such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle, CMIC), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential) is required. You should also have experience designing, building, and supporting integrations between enterprise systems using technologies like Boomi or developing custom integrations. You will execute proof of concept work, lead complex implementations, and manage the software development lifecycle. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are crucial. Your role will be vital in driving innovation and optimizing our technology infrastructure. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to clarify, refine, and guide business initiatives affecting enterprise platforms. Define, evaluate, and communicate technical approaches and associated risks. Create and implement technical solutions involving HRIS, ERP, CRM, and integration technologies. Maintain technical documentation and diagrams. Perform proof of concept testing for new technologies. Oversee complex implementations ensuring seamless integration and performance. Ensure solutions are scalable and secure. Organize training and set coding standards for the team. Conduct code reviews and mentor developers. Work with management to define technical requirements and communicate with stakeholders. Present solutions and project updates to senior management. Manage risks and stakeholder concerns throughout projects.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years in IT, with 3+ years as a Solutions Architect. 7+ years with ERP systems like Oracle or MS Dynamics. 5+ years with relational databases. 3+ years with HRIS platforms, including implementation and integration. Experience leading or mentoring development teams for at least 5 years. 3+ years with integration platforms like Jitterbit, Boomi, or Workato. Experience with Azure cloud services. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience with containerized software solutions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Understanding of finance processes within ERP systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Microsoft). Experience with data governance and construction industry.

Work Conditions Sitting or standing at a computer for extended periods. Lifting up to 15 pounds. Occasional domestic travel.

This is a hybrid role with most work from home, requiring attendance at DPR offices for key meetings. Salary ranges vary by location, with specifics provided for Colorado, California, Washington, and D.C. in compliance with local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
