SAP S4/Hana Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst - Pharma (Onsite, Summit, NJ)
We are seeking an SAP S4/Hana Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst for a global pharmaceutical client. The primary focus of this role is implementing and supporting SAP solutions to meet business requirements. The SAP S4/Hana Business Systems Analyst collaborates with business process teams to understand current and future business processes, ensuring technology investments support strategic objectives.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), onsite role in Summit, NJ. It is a W2 position as a Stage 4 Solutions employee, offering health benefits and a 401K plan.
Responsibilities
Contribute to strategy sessions and guide business management in their use of SAP S4/Hana.
Prioritize business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
Translate business requirements into solutions and ensure their implementation in SAP S4/Hana or third-party applications.
Troubleshoot SAP S4/Hana business processes across modules like SCM, MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG, providing resolutions and improvements.
Follow up with customers to resolve issues and train users.
Implement SAP S4/Hana system solutions using the system development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
Utilize change management methodologies and complete appropriate documentation for system changes.
Partner with vendors and support teams to resolve system issues, develop enhancements, and manage projects.
Troubleshoot functional and technical SAP S4/Hana issues.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to resolve issues and develop test scripts.
Facilitate and execute end-user acceptance testing.
Assist in developing, implementing, and managing policies, processes, standards, and training documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in life sciences or biotech supply chain systems.
Experience leading system implementations in biotech/cell therapy environments.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with full lifecycle implementation experience in GxP-regulated environments.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG modules.
Skilled in integrating SAP with MES, LIMS, and serialization systems.
Ability to communicate complex SAP architectures to stakeholders and drive enterprise alignment.
Experience with data governance, master data strategy, and SAP validation.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in GxP environments.
Proficiency in developing SOPs and test scripts.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business; Master’s degree or certifications in SAP, PMP, or Agile are preferred.
