This role supports In Vitro Pharmacology drug discovery efforts across multiple projects. It provides consistent bioanalytical support using LC-MS/MS technology, performs assay optimization, documents protocols meticulously, and presents data clearly in meetings. Must be local - no relocation offered Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

Performs routine bioanalytical assays supporting in vitro and in vivo efforts Supports LC-MS instrument operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Assists in assay development, optimization, and exploratory studies Collaborates with in vitro/in vivo teams to provide bioanalytical support Tracks and documents instrument and assay performance Maintains accurate documentation of protocols and provides clear verbal and written data summaries Performs other duties as assigned Requirements:

BS/BA in biological sciences, preferably related to behavioral neuroscience, pharmacology, or biopsychology, with relevant industry experience Experience operating and troubleshooting UPLC-MS systems (Chromeleon preferred) Familiarity with High Resolution, qTime of Flight, and Triple Quad MS systems Ability to interpret chromatographic and mass spectrometry data (small molecule focus) Consistent assay performance and issue identification skills Ability to recognize data and instrumentation patterns or inconsistencies Ability to work independently and in team settings Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic computer skills Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, planning, and organizational skills Understanding of meeting deadlines Collaborative, motivated, and detail-oriented Academic and practical knowledge of analytical chemistry, chromatography, mass spectrometry, molecular biology, and in vitro assays #LI-OB1 Neurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/Disability/Vets employer.
