Commercial Construction Superintendent
with proven experience in managing commercial construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with safety standards. Resolve project issues and problems promptly. Coordinate schedules and activities between subcontractors and owner operations. Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to specifications in line with Tremco standards. Monitor project costs and generate status reports. Ensure owner satisfaction with project outcomes. Qualifications: 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction or at least 5 years as a foreman. Ability to maintain accurate project records and communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and management. Willingness to travel as required. Additional Duties: Participate in developing and enforcing jobsite safety plans, specifications, and schedules. Contribute to sales and service support, field resource management, and customer communication. Skills & Certifications: Understanding of general building standards, scheduling, and shop drawing review. OSHA 10 Hour Certification is required. Deep knowledge of construction management tasks and superintendent responsibilities. Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills. Ability to create performance reports. Technical Skills:

The hourly rate generally ranges from $20 to $33, based on qualifications and operational needs. Benefits:
