Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent
Tremco Incorporated, a leading manufacturer in the construction and building maintenance markets and a division of RPM, is seeking a
Commercial Construction Superintendent
with proven experience in managing commercial construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Ensure jobsite safety and resolve project issues.
Coordinate between subcontractors and owner operations.
Maintain quality and adherence to specifications according to Tremco standards.
Manage project costs and generate status reports.
Ensure owner satisfaction.
Participate in development and enforcement of safety plans, specifications, and schedules.
Support sales and service efforts, and manage field resources and customer communication.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.
Ability to maintain project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and management.
Willingness to travel.
Knowledge of general building standards, scheduling, and shop drawing review.
OSHA 10 Hour Certification required.
Strong understanding of construction management tasks and superintendent responsibilities.
Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills.
Proficiency in email, web, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Additional Information: The hourly rate generally ranges from $20 to $33, depending on qualifications and other considerations.
