Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience with personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. Sales & Operations:
Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Safety & Security:
Protect customers, staff, and assets by ensuring safety and security policies are followed. Store Presentation:
Ensure the store always looks its best.

Requirements
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years or older. Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal & Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder. Exposure to fumes and odors may occur. Physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
