Job Description SALLY STORE MANAGER:

Your Role As a Store Manager
Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety and security policies.
Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation.

Requirements Qualifications for a Store Manager:
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
Physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
Working around moving parts, carts, or machines, with possible exposure to irritant chemicals.
