Program Manager, Delivery Solutions and Cisco-Routed Job Description: The Program Manager, Delivery Solutions and Cisco-Routed, will develop logistics strategies and processes based on customer requirements to enhance performance. This role focuses on improving the customer experience related to Forward Logistics, providing account management support for Cisco-Routed customers, with an emphasis on freight revenue and cost management driven by analytics and business acumen. Responsibilities: Drive the global performance and pricing of Ciscos Routed Program Provide customer-facing account management support for Cisco-Routed customers Create communications including scorecards and business review documents Analyze costs associated with Cisco-Routed transportation and delivery Recommend changes to freight pricing and models to optimize cost and service balance Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience 5+ years of related experience, including internships, in Logistics Operations, Freight Cost or Pricing Management, or Supply Chain Operations Knowledge of 3PL and freight pricing (tariffs, accessorials, fuel, transportation contracts, truckload, LTL, parcel, air) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and implement tasks Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in business applications and tools (Tableau, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience analyzing Logistics costs, Freight costs, and cycle time data Understanding of Incoterms related to international transportation
