We are seeking a
Nuclear Medicine Technologist II (Molecular Imaging Technologist II)
to join our team! In this role, you will perform a range of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures using radionuclides for patients of all ages. Our facility is cutting-edge with research and innovative PET tracers, oncology-driven, and fast-paced, offering a variety of exams. Our equipment includes: GE Infinia, GE Infinia Hawkeye, Optima, and Siemens BioGraph Vision for PET/CT. Join us in providing advanced medical care and advancing nuclear medicine.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures safely and effectively using radionuclides for patients of all ages.
Utilize safety techniques including protective shielding and establish safety standards for handling radioactive sources.
Maintain records of radioisotope receipt, use, storage, and disposal in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
At least 3 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
California State Certification in Nuclear Medicine.
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or R.T. (N) (ARRT).
ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) is highly preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Note:
Salary is determined based on work experience, qualifications, and work location.
