We’re a growth-minded events and scenic fabrication partner serving film/TV, live events, experiential activations, and corporate environments. Our in-house capabilities span carpentry, metal, CNC/waterjet, scenic paint, and large-format graphics, enabling fast, high-quality builds from concept through install.
The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead business development, client relationships, and revenue growth across scenic fabrication, live events, and brand activation projects. You’ll own the top line - driving new client acquisition, repeat business, and margin discipline from bid through close.
What You’ll Do
Grow revenue: Build and execute a sales strategy targeting agencies, production companies, studios, and brands.
Manage pipeline: Develop and forecast a balanced pipeline of short-lead and recurring projects.
Deepen relationships: Cultivate key accounts and drive repeat and referral business.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with estimating, PM, and operations teams for scope alignment, pricing, and delivery.
Win business: Lead RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations with a focus on creative and technical alignment.
Protect margin: Negotiate pricing, change orders, and contract terms to ensure profitable growth.
Stay visible: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Track performance: Report on KPIs (bookings, hit rate, margin, repeat %), CRM activity, and pipeline health.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years in sales or business development within scenic fabrication, event production, or experiential marketing.
Proven track record of driving annual sales and measurable revenue growth.
Understanding of fabrication workflows, materials, and cost drivers.
Established relationships across agencies, production firms, and brand clients.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM, estimating, and proposal systems.
Nice-to-haves: CAD familiarity, technical production background, or marketing/agency experience.
