What You’ll Do:
Prepare accurate take-offs, cost breakdowns, and labor estimates
Analyze specs, drawings, and RFIs to assess scope and risks
Collaborate with architects, clients, and subcontractors for clear communication
Attend pre‑bid meetings and site walks
Maintain and grow vendor and subcontractor relationships
Support purchasing and value engineering efforts with detailed scope sheets
What You Bring:
4–7+ years of estimating experience with a
GC
Strong background in
interiors/tenant fit‑out
projects
Skilled in analyzing drawings, specs, and scopes
Organized, detail-driven, and tech‑savvy
Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
