We are an eye care company owned and managed by independent Doctors of Optometry. We’re looking for ODs with a patient‑first, growth‑oriented mindset who are interested in focusing on the patient care aspect of optometry.
Salary: Based on experience
Schedule: Full‑time

Exposure:
Do what you love – we empower our optometrists to schedule 2‑3 patients an hour, giving you the right amount of time for each patient. You’ll practice full‑scope with flexibility, agency, and the equipment necessary.
Environment:
Friendly, experienced staff – work with and learn from other ODs, supported by front‑desk associates, centralized billing, and insurance.
Compensation:
Work‑life balance – Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, no weekends. Competitive pay and a full benefits package: healthcare, CE, PTO, 401K.

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
An IA Optometry License
