We are an eye care company owned and managed by independent Doctors of Optometry. We’re looking for ODs with a patient-first, growth-oriented mindset who are interested in focusing on the patient care aspect of optometry!
Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Exposure
Do what you love – schedule 2-3 patients an hour, giving you time to dedicate to each patient. Practice full-scope with flexibility and agency, and access to necessary equipment.
Environment
Friendly, experienced staff – work and learn with other ODs, supported by front desk, centralized billing, and insurance.
A lovely location – city parks, ballparks, bike trails, swimming pool, large kids play structure, camping, and the only authentic covered bridge in all of Minnesota.
Compensation
Work/Life Balance – our workweek is Monday to Friday, no weekends.

What You’ll Need
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
A MN Optometry License
