The RN identifies and applies appropriate care skills for specific patient age groups and participates in achieving service targets and process goals. Responsibilities: Support efforts to improve clinical and service excellence of patient care. Identify and apply care skills appropriate to specific patient age groups. Participate in the achievement of service targets and process goals. Qualifications: At least one (1) year recent hospital experience in the Emergency Department or Critical Care. Associate’s Degree. ASN or Nursing Diploma. Eight (8) hours of continuing education in Pediatrics must be completed every 2 years. Current and active CA RN license. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Current PALS certification. Current NIH Stroke certification, within three (3) months of hire. Preferred Experience: BSN, preferred. Certified Emergency Nursing certification, preferred. Trauma Nurse Core certification, preferred. Pay Range: $75.68 - $96.75 /hour.
