The work Fine‑tune Large Language Models with emphasis on instruction fine‑tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts. Work within DEA to prototype and implement generative AI and agentic solutions using prompting, advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation, and fine‑tuning techniques. Collaborate with the team to identify key client ideas from ideation sessions and conduct rapid prototypes to demonstrate business value.

Responsibilities

Fine‑tune large language models and leverage instruction fine‑tuning and domain adaptation.

Prototype and implement generative AI and agentic solutions within DEA teams.

Identify key client ideas from ideation sessions and conduct rapid prototypes.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing a custom Generative AI solution.

Experience building NLP, LLM, and GenAI tools (e.g., LoRA, LangChain, RAG, LLM Fine Tuning or PEFT).

Proficiency in Python (pandas, PySpark) and SQL.

Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks.

Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data.

Understanding of analytical model development and data‑driven decision‑making.

Ability to use analytics and statistical modeling to collect, analyze and interpret data sets.

Consulting or similar field requiring client collaboration, presentation, and delivery.

Eligibility Requirements US citizenship required.

Compensation Pay range for California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, District of Columbia, and Cleveland:

$114,700—$221,100 USD . Compensation varies by office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
