Full-time; Remote Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance expectations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Bring in key sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support business objectives. Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and training to improve results. Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required (Master’s degree is preferred). 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or related industries. Experience in Express and eCommerce logistics a strong plus. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions. Knowledge with CRM tools and sales analytics software. Location
