The role The Repairs & Maintenance Technician ensures the venue facilities are maintained to an immaculate standard, further enhancing the guest experience. They perform all installations, repair, and upkeep operations of the venue facilities, and are responsible for ensuring they keep the visual aspects of the venue in excellent condition by executing an established proactive maintenance regime.
Required qualifications
Experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry
Experience with HVAC systems and commercial refrigeration
Experience in preventative maintenance
Excellent communication skills
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
An essential function of this position is to be on premises to perform all work requirements.
