Join Johns Hopkins Hospital’s Heme Malignancy and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit as a Lead Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to patients with hematologic malignancies undergoing bone marrow transplant.
Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21287
Schedule: Rotating Shift (Day/Night with Weekend Rotation)

Responsibilities
Provide guidance and direction to unit staff and act in the absence of the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager to oversee clinical team during care delivery and unit operations.
Lead and assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of unit procedures and protocols.
Use conflict resolution and performance management principles to support staff performance and patient outcomes.
Recommend and implement resource utilization to enhance unit efficiency and patient care quality.
Qualifications
BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program required.
Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
BLS CPR certification required.
At least 3 years of acute care RN work experience in oncology required.
Demonstrated ability to lead others and manage unit performance.

Salary Range:
Minimum $46.57/hour - Maximum $72.18/hour. Compensation is commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
