Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all field operations for electrical division.
Manage productivity, materials, tools, and workforce to meet project milestones and budgets.
Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce a zero-incident culture.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure execution aligns with scope and plans.
Maintain all documentation: field logs, safety reports, inspections, and progress updates.
Set clear standards for performance, safety, and professionalism.
Enforce code compliance (NEC, OSHA) and internal quality control.
Travel between project sites in LA County and surrounding areas.
Qualifications Minimum 10+ years in electrical construction, with 5+ years in a supervisory/superintendent role.
Experience managing teams on public works or commercial projects.
Deep knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Must be able to pass DOJ/FBI background checks for government facility access.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in electrical preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
