Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and development of D365 CE solutions including customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform components.
Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Qualifications
Dynamics 365 Architect with experience in Field Services, Customer Service Module.
6+ years overall experience with 4+ years hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Development and Support projects.
Good knowledge of D365 CE ecosystem with strong hold in Service (mandatory), with Field Service and Sales & Customer Insights as optional.
Experience integrating D365 CE with external systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and middleware.
Experience working with DevOps (Azure DevOps, Git) and familiarity with ALM practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment management.
Latest D365 CE certifications PL-200, PL-400 preferred.
