Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and principles.
Hands on experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment.
Passion for the DevOps culture.
Familiarity with GitOps based tooling (ArgoCD).
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with business stakeholders to drive adoption of best practices and architectural excellence.
