HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE… You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of our Snack’s Supply Chain organization. By delivering insightful analysis, driving financial planning processes, and supporting strategic initiatives, you’ll help optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency across the division. Your work will directly influence leadership decisions and contribute to our long-term success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

Lead monthly closing, consolidation, and reporting of COPS financial results, projections, and metrics

Develop and present monthly COPS financial materials to senior leadership

Manage deliverables for Integrated Business Planning, including Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plans, and monthly forecasts

Provide actionable insights to Supply Chain and Finance leadership

Support strategic financial analysis for large-scale Supply Chain projects

Identify and recommend network and sourcing optimization opportunities

Contribute to Design to Value (DTV) initiatives to support long-term margin goals

Drive continuous improvement and process enhancements

Support investment decisions for corporate-led Supply Chain initiatives

Oversee data and metrics for Enterprise Supply Chain finance scorecards

Advance dashboard and data visualization capabilities for the SC finance team

Lead and support ad hoc and special projects as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

5+ years of finance experience, preferably in CPG and Supply Chain Finance

Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation processes

Advanced analytical skills and business acumen

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)

MBA and/or CPA certification

Experience with SAP and EPM systems

Proven ability to design and implement financial reporting improvements

Experience working in a Fortune 500 matrixed environment

Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering high-impact recommendations

Working Conditions:

Hybrid role based in Camden, NJ (3 days/week onsite)

Travel required (10–15%) for meetings, training, and business needs

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$137,800-$198,100 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
