Job Description The People Technologies Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our HR systems ecosystem, primarily Workday and Jira. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is eager to grow into a more technical or analytical role over time. You’ll be the first line of triage for incoming system requests, partner with analysts to understand business needs, and help drive process improvements through documentation and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and assess incoming tickets in our Jira system, handling transactional tasks and routing complex issues to analysts.
Collaborate with analysts to understand their value streams and support needs.
Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our team members regarding any questions or issues with our Workday system.
Lead recurring calls to align stakeholders and share updates.
Maintain clear, accurate records of processes, decisions, and system changes.
Education and Experience
High School or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ years of experience preferred, but not required.
HRIS and/or Workday experience is a plus.

Strong customer relationship skills and a desire to seize every opportunity to serve.
Curiosity for and satisfaction with problem resolution.
Natural technical savvy.
Ability to work independently as well as on diverse teams.

Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Location Candidates must be local to the greater St. Louis area with the ability to come into the office at least 3 days a week.
