Responsibilities Be a Team Member who collaborates with associates to fulfill sales and service requests, educates colleagues on tools, tasks, and resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills to provide safe and efficient customer service. Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training. Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs; lead tracking and monitoring of returns and special orders; operate cash registers; process transactions; maintain accurate inventory audit, safety, and compliance standards; report complaints, safety hazards, and product issues; complete logs and other documentation; ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies; assist members with purchasing decisions; and resolve issues and concerns. Be an Owner who communicates with TBC Lead tracking and monitoring returns and special orders; operate cash registers; process transactions; maintain accurate inventory audit safety and compliance standards; report complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products services and work areas; completing paperwork logs and other required documentation; ensuring merchandise is packaged labeled and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures; identifying member needs assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador who models high quality service and products, develops influencing and inspiring others in a supportive, respectful, and team oriented environment. Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; execute business processes and practices. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
