In this role, you will lead the day-to-day strategic work across projects, helping teams understand the competitive landscape, evaluate audiences, and translate insights into powerful brand narratives that inspire both the clients and your creative partners.

Responsibilities

Synthesize insights from multiple sources to develop category and competitive analyses that highlight emerging trends, opportunities, and implications

Generate strategic insights to inform brand positioning, communications, and campaign development

Map and analyze customer journeys to uncover key pain points, behaviors, and motivational drivers

Actively participate in the planning and execution of brand workshops and brainstorms, including preparing materials, managing logistics and drafting output deliverables

Regularly interact and engage with clients, actively participating in all relevant meetings

Support new business efforts including secondary research analysis, primary research planning and execution, and development of key insights

Collaborate closely with creative teams to champion strategy-driven work that inspires and differentiates brands

Qualifications And Experience

3-5 years agency experience, ideally in healthcare strategic planning

Basic understanding of strategic and creative development process, including positioning statements, creative briefs and advertising concepts

Experience planning, utilizing and analyzing qualitative research methodologies

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey strategic recommendations to clients and the internal teams

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentation and data analysis

Highly organized, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to solve for new processes and client/team needs

Comfortable engaging with senior clients and internal leadership

BA/BS required

Salary Range – $100,000-123,000
