Commercial Roofing Foreman
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $75,000.00–$100,000.00 (Approx)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with Sales Rep, customer and the WTI crew; inspect surroundings, equipment, tools; identify and discuss safety concerns; complete Daily Hazard Analysis and submit to Supervisors.
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project, including weekly/daily schedule with Sales Rep, scope of work discussion with WTI crew, pre‑arrival, arrival and completion updates with the customer, schedule changes, project and crew updates with WTI Supervisor.
Manage crew start/end times, production rates and ensure tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently; complete the project per scope/specification.
Perform end‑of‑day / end‑of‑project walkthrough to ensure quality repairs; send before/after pictures and daily status updates to Sales Rep.
Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction for all WTI Field Reps.
Order, track, and monitor inventory; complete quarterly cycle counts and submit timely.
Per pricing procedures, review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to Sales Rep or customer.
Monitor and document performance of Field Resource Reps; take corrective measures and consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duty or project as required or assigned by WTI Supervisor or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry.
Thorough familiarity with built‑up, EPDM, PVC, low‑slope roofing systems, metal and steep‑slope roofing systems and proper repair techniques.

The salary range for this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $68,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
