Madison East, Beaver Dam, Baraboo, or Rockford, IL . Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the lives of our Veterans by offering comprehensive primary care services.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to Veterans.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient management.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and the importance of preventative care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
