Supervise projects with budgets from $5M to $60M across various sectors and complexities. Develop and enforce site logistics and safety plans. Manage material deliveries, subcontracts, and project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations. Mentor field staff and coordinate all on-site activities. Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5-10 years of relevant field experience. Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project or P6, and construction management software. OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification, First Aid, and CPR. Benefits
