Marketing Strategist Salary:
Up to $100,000/annual ***The position is based full time (Monday-Friday) on site at our Melville office. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of this location to be considered. JOB SUMMARY: Always Compassionate Health is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Strategist to drive our visibility, brand strength, and inbound interest across New York State. This role is responsible for accelerating lead generation efforts for our private pay services, managing key agency partnerships, shaping our digital presence, and positioning our organization as a leader in compassionate home care. The ideal candidate is a growth strategist and creative leader who understands how to leverage digital tools, visual design, and content to inspire trust, strengthen brand recognition, and generate measurable business results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Growth Leadership Own and execute the strategy to generate qualified web-based inquiries and referral leads for our private pay business. Partner with leadership team to align growth initiatives with operational capacity and market targets. Analyze performance data, lead metrics, and referral outcomes to optimize outreach and digital funnel performance. Digital Presence & Visibility Collaborate with our external agency partners to oversee SEO, digital ad campaigns, landing pages, and conversion optimization. Ensure our website, listings, and digital assets are current, engaging, and aligned with industry trends. Content Development & Storytelling Lead the creation of original content including blog posts, service pages, testimonials, videos, and social media campaigns. Develop a content calendar that speaks to private pay decision-makers and differentiates Always Compassionate Health in the marketplace. Brand Development & Visual Collateral Direct the design and production of collateral (brochures, infographics, sell sheets) to support the sales and field teams. Uphold brand guidelines across all platforms to ensure consistent messaging, visuals, and tone. Community Presence & Awareness Build our brand voice to elevate recognition and trust among consumers, caregivers, and partners across New York State. Identify creative ways to spotlight success stories, service innovation, and patient-centered care. Qualifications/Education: 5+ years of experience in growth strategy, communications, branding, or similar function Strong background in lead generation, performance analysis, and working with digital agencies Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, and social platforms Experience writing and managing content across web, social, and print Excellent project management and creative direction skills Healthcare or home care experience a strong plus Requirements: Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information. Highly organized with a proactive approach to project ownership. Comfortable taking initiative and building marketing structure from scratch.
