Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and dynamic

Business Development Specialist

to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and driving growth.

Responsibilities

Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives for business growth Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and key stakeholders Track and report on business development activities and results

Qualifications/Requirements

Previous insurance industry experience required Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Knowledge of industry trends and best practices Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License

Compensation Package
