Conversion JC Role Purpose The role incumbent is responsible for the successful execution of a low to medium complexity program & its profitability. It requires understanding of the individual program and its interaction with other programs. The Program Manager is also responsible for customer satisfaction and, to some extent, the commercial growth within the account. Financial Responsibilities: Achieve Gross Margin for the Program Manage bonus and penalties related to customer agreements Adhere to project cash flow schedules Reduce value at risk (VaR) in dollars and days

Offering/Competency: Increase project effort charged to domain experts Formulate a structured Governance framework for the account, acting as the sole Program Manager or working within the framework set by the Program Director Create and maintain a documented escalation mechanism Ensure governance aligns with Scope/Change Management

Delivery & Customer Satisfaction: Lead and own program delivery, including schedule, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies Establish and integrate customer and Wipro methodologies to meet quality, cost, and delivery schedule Manage operational parameters such as PPC, offshore-onshore mix, utilization, and bulge Handle customer escalations Ensure compliance with release standards

People Management: Lead planning workshops and program steering committee meetings Develop and mentor project managers and PMO team members Control employee attrition and facilitate employee rotations

Customer Relationship & Scope Management: Ensure comprehensive requirements documentation with clear scope boundaries Gain sign-off on requirements from business users Use appropriate requirement management tools Provide wireframes for user interface visualization

Brand Building Initiatives: Participate in initiatives to enhance Wipros brand and delivery excellence
