Supervisory Accountability:

N/A Nature And Scope:

Internal contacts include department management for quality and efficiency improvements. External contacts may include customers, vendors, and the public. Principal Accountabilities: Support customers through innovative technology solutions, working on projects and growing into your dream job. Support 24x7x365 operations of Endpoints, Applications, and Cloud Environments, including on-call rotation for severe issues. Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain infrastructure components, supporting all aspects of IT infrastructure and systems. Knowledgeable with Microsoft cloud technologies, self-motivated, and quick to learn new technologies.

Core Competencies: Intermediate skills in administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Windows Server versions, PowerShell, and Office 365. Proficiency in Python, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, and Red Hat Linux. Knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, SSO, Intune, EntraConnect, Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and cloud storage solutions. Experience with disaster recovery, NAS/SAN storage, networking, and excellent communication skills.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science or 3 years of equivalent experience; 3 years in a technical environment; ITIL v3 or higher certifications preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
