Position Overview An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
Practice Model & Benefits As a private independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor manages the Doctor's office, providing high-quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
Professional autonomy to care for patients
Full scope of practice based on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor
Flexible scheduling, including part-time options
Work in a fully furnished office with complete OD equipment
Automated online appointment booking and patient recall system

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $70/hr - $80/hr (range may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications). Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions, along with benefits like health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.
