Qualifications include having been awarded or completed a doctoral degree or foreign equivalent, and being a trainee pursuing advanced studies beyond the doctoral level in biomedical fields. The role involves engaging in research activities under mentorship to develop professional skills. Primary Responsibilities:

Abide by institutional policies related to health, safety, equality, and data management. Actively pursue research under supervision, developing independent work skills. Receive training and perform research duties, including formulating questions, designing experiments, and evaluating results. Prepare and publish scientific manuscripts under PI's guidance. Develop expertise in lab skills, informatics, physics, or clinical research, and work towards independence. Contribute new ideas to current research and bring in new expertise. Teach and supervise students when appropriate. Participate in collaborative meetings and scientific seminars. Identify and address personal performance deficiencies. Pursue and secure independent funding towards the end of the fellowship. Required Qualifications:

Doctoral Degree or M.D. 0-1 year of postdoctoral research experience or equivalent in academic, industrial, or clinical settings. Competencies:

Includes decision-making, problem-solving, independence, communication skills, knowledge, teamwork, and customer service. The physical nature of the job involves light work and mobility within the hospital campus.
