The candidate must have been awarded or completed the requirements for a doctoral degree or foreign equivalent. The role involves engaging in research activities under the mentorship of the Principal Investigator (PI), aimed at professional development in biomedical research. Primary Responsibilities:

Abide by institutional policies related to health and safety, equality, and data management. (essential) Actively pursue research under PI supervision, developing skills for independent work. (essential) Perform duties including formulation of research questions, experimental design, conducting experiments, and evaluating results. (essential) Prepare and publish scientific manuscripts under PI guidance. (essential) Develop expertise in lab skills, informatics, physics, or clinical research, and proficiency with research tools. (essential) Contribute new ideas to promote current research and bring new expertise. (essential) Possibly teach and supervise students and projects. (essential) Participate in collaborative meetings and scientific seminars. (essential) Identify and correct deficiencies in performance. (essential) Pursue or secure independent funding towards the end of the fellowship. (essential) Required Qualifications:

Doctoral Degree or M.D. 0-1 year of postdoctoral research experience or related academic/clinical roles. Competencies:

Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds, with some sedentary work and mobility within the hospital campus.
