Western side of the Rocky Mountains in Southwest Montana 65 miles to Helena 80 miles to Bozeman 120 miles to Missoula 220 miles to Kalispell 280 miles to Jackson Hole • 8 Full Time Hospitalist team including 2 nurse practitioners • Full time with Sound Physicians is 15 shifts per month/180 shifts per year • 7 on/7 off block schedule for continuity of care • Hospitalist team rotates through fair share of day and night shifts. 2 physicians on during the day, 7:00am-7:00pm with 2 advanced practitioners and 1 physician on at night 7:00pm-7:00am • Open ICU no procedures required but physicians should be comfortable with basic vent management • Epic EMR • Manageable workload and manageable encounters • Culture of integrity, honesty, support and amazing retention rates among physicians and nurses • Excellent Compensation: $295k+ annual salary. • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life AD&D, Long and Short-Term Disability insurance, 401k program with match, eligibility for Quality and RVU productivity bonuses, medical malpractice and tail coverage and an annual CME allowance. • Path to Partnership program for employed physicians at year 2, partnership is reevaluated, and partners can double their productivity bonuses
